As 2024 gradually fades into the past, we embrace the arrival of the brand-new year, 2025. On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, I would like to extend my sincerest New Year wishes to each and every colleague who has worked tirelessly and contributed greatly over the past year.

Looking back on the past year, we faced challenges together and experienced growth and breakthroughs as a team. Every accomplishment is a testament to your hard work and dedication. Let us take a moment to reflect on our achievements, consolidate our strength, and look forward to the future.

Reflecting on 2024: Achievements and Challenges 

Undoubtedly, 2024 was a year of great significance in IHI-Sullair’s development, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our journey. It was a year in which we celebrated our 20^th anniversary of the company. Two decades of perseverance and progress have witnessed our transformation from an exploratory startup phase to our current position as an industry leader.

A highlight of 2024 was the successful completion of our new factory – ISCZ, and the  off-line of our 6,000^th compressor. These milestones were made possible by the hard work and dedication of every employee at IHI-Sullair. It is through your collective effort, unity, and perseverance that we were able to achieve these significant successes.

However, the external environment remains full of challenges. Global economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions have added pressure to our production and operations. Despite these external challenges, we have continued to safeguard the company’s stable development with unwavering belief and tenacity. I sincerely thank each colleague who remained steadfast in their duties even in the face of adversity. It is your resilience that has enabled the company to continue progressing.

Looking Ahead to 2025: Moving Forward with Determination and Embracing New Opportunities

Looking to 2025, we will continue to face a complex and ever-changing external environment. Economic uncertainties in China persist, and global tensions may escalate. Yet it is precisely because of these challenges that we are motivated to unlock our full potential. Every step we take in the future will depend on how we respond to these challenges and seize the opportunities they bring.

Success is never easily achieved; each step forward requires ongoing effort and innovation. No one will pave the way for our success. However, I firmly believe that, just as we have demonstrated over the past 20 years, as long as we remain united and steadfast, we will certainly achieve even greater success in 2025.
