This event is led by the Human Resources and Administration Department, with the participation of all employees of IHI-Sullair .

At the beginning of the event, frisbee competition began first. Led by a professional coach, the team introduces the game rules, teaches key techniques such as throwing and passing, and carefully guides the safety precautions of the venue. The participants finished grouping and engaged in warm-up exercises.

IHI-Sullair's team members have given their respective teams handsome names and unique slogans, and during warm-up, they seize the time to blend in with each other, practice hard, and strive to create good results for their teams.

The frisbee competition has officially begun, and everyone has participated in various games such as frisbee throwing and catching, frisbee throwing frames, frisbee hitting pillars, and so on. "Be careful when taking over the frisbee, don't cross the line with your feet!" "The speed of passing the frisbee should be slower, give the teammates who take over the frisbee some time to react!" "Remember to throw the frisbee harder, otherwise the frisbee won't fly!" "Aim at the root of the pillar, it's easier to knock it down!" "Aim at the iron chain and it's easier to get into the frame!" IHI-Sullair's friends cooperated and searched for tricks in the competition, and the scene was enjoyable, Everyone fully participates in the hot and fiery frisbee competition.

After nearly two hours of intense competition, the Orange Wind Breaking Wave team stood out among the five teams and won the championship.

After the afternoon exercise, everyone was already hungry. In the evening, the camping and barbecue activity officially began. Everyone sat in groups of three or five inside the tent, chatting and laughing with each other, taking turns to barbecue and enjoying themselves. While tasting homemade food, it also brings colleagues closer and enhances mutual understanding.

As night fell, a bonfire party also arrived. Everyone lit a campfire together and played multiple interactive games around it, sharing the beauty of autumn night. Several famous "singers" from the company even showcased their singing skills, singing loudly and bringing the atmosphere of the bonfire party to a climax. The autumn outdoor team building also came to an end amidst the beautiful singing.

This outdoor autumn team building has led the IHI-Sullair people away from the complex urban life and to have intimate contact with nature in their spare time. In a relaxed and warm atmosphere, everyone competed joyfully, had long conversations, enhanced mutual understanding, strengthened communication, and enhanced team cohesion and cooperation spirit.
